I boarded my dogs there while overseas, and when I picked them up one of my dogs was very noticeably underweight. Nothing was mentioned of any attempts to treat or prevent it, and no phone calls were made to me while I was away. I can understand a dogs eating habits changing while being boarded, but to not address the situation or notify the owner is irresponsible. My dogs will NOT be staying there again.
